ANCIENT GONG

The power of the GONG has been used since before the bronze age as a powerful tool to cleanse human’s emotional, physiological and spiritual body. Because of its transformational and therapeutic healing properties, gong bath meditation becomes more popular and recognized nowadays as a consciousness - transforming tool in scientific circles. In the yogic science, the sound and vibration of the gong can re pattern the gray matter of the brain, help eliminate diseases cells in the body, and balance the chakras.

BEFORE MEDITATION

The session begins with a brief explanation of the benefits of the gong, followed by a short breath exercise to promote the flow of energy and to create a receptive mind-body state for deep relaxation and meditation. Participants get comfortable lying down on the floor on a mat and cover with a blanket. They are guided to relax and let go of all the things on their mind, release any expectations and allow the sound and the vibration of the gong work for their best.


DURING MEDITATION

The gong is played for 40 to 50 minutes to cleanse the subconscious and awaken a transcendent state of awareness. It is a highly personal experience, the gong speaks to each one individually, addressing areas of their life journey. During meditation, all levels of Being - physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual are affected by the deep resonance of the gong.

AFTER MEDITATION

Once the gong playing is complete, there are a few minutes of silence for a deep relaxation and expansion, where transformation and healing occurs. Session concludes with questions and shared experience.
