  • Rental Options:

    - Daily super special: $40 per hour, no minimum hours required.

    - Evening rate: $50 per hour.

    - Customizable settings available: $150

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • 100% refund if canceled 90 days prior to the event.

    • 50% refund if canceled over 30 days prior to the event.

    • No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date.

  • Reservation Deposit Policy:

    • 50% of the total amount is due at the time of signing the agreement if the event is scheduled more than 31 days from the signing date.

    • The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Spacious Rooms:

    • Main Room: 40 feet by 40 feet

    • Small Room: 20 feet by 30 feet

    • Kitchen: 10 feet x 10 feet

  • Facilities:

    • Library setting, classroom settings- included

    • Kitchen, not for cooking: sink, fridge, microwave

    • Seating: 100 chairs, 12 tables, bar stools, and small bar tables, desk

    • 3 bathrooms

  • Equipment:

    • TV screen- $30

    • Sound system- $30
